Delicia is the go-to Los Angeles meal prep service and catering for high-quality, healthy meals. Jasmin runs Delicia and is widely known across the greater Los Angeles area through her catering events, pop-ups, and run clubs. What’s a better way to end a run or workout with some delicious bites?
Delicia by Jasmin
I got to meet and speak with Jasmin when she catered overnight oats at Resistance Athletics. Delicia’s philosophy sets it apart from other Los Angeles meal prep services. They do not believe in restrictive or fad diets (like keto or zero-fat meals). They believe in incorporating whole foods that help people thrive both long and short-term. If you’re looking for delicious macro-balanced meals with nutrient-dense and unprocessed ingredients, Delicia is a great option.
Los Angeles Meal Prep
The Los Angeles meal prep service is fairly straightforward and affordable. There is an updated menu every week and you can choose between different options, including a Japanese beef and rice bowl, BBQ chicken salad, Tandoori chicken with saffron rice, and more. Once you order ahead of time, they just deliver the meals to you. This is great if you’re too busy to cook and want a stress-free week (from having to decide what to eat). You can be taken care of for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Catering Events
On Global Running Day a few weeks ago, Delicia partnered with the Lululemon Pasadena Run Club to serve a table FULL of delicious bites. Being part of one of the first groups of the 5k run, I got to see the beautiful setup before everyone else enjoyed themselves with the offerings. Not only was the setup beautifully displayed, it was delicious as well. I love that I was able to enjoy actual food without feeling guilty. Everything was easy to grab and literally go. Delicia has partnered with Lululemon Pasadena for multiple events.
Delicia also offers other catering options like boxed meals, buffet-style, and full service. There are multiple menus to choose from, but you can also contact Jasmin for custom options. From my experience, it is definitely higher quality, and you’re also supporting a small business. I’ll take that any day.
Delicia Run Club
Delicia started a run club in Alhambra to run a 5k around Almansor Park every Monday at 6:30pm. Occasionally, they may include a free meal and discounts. Win-win for your fitness and health!
Keep up with their Instagram for updates!

It was great to read about this, and look at the food on that table (all of which I would absolutely love to eat)!

Oh wow this sounds so good! I had a friend in Seattle and he stared a company similar to this called Eat Local. Though he has since sold it but it did very well.
