“A new era of me” can mean so many things. You can choose to reinvent yourself, refine yourself, and renew yourself. It’s about being a better version of yourself. There isn’t ever a stopping point. We’re always getting better. It’s never me vs. you. It’s always you vs. you. Me vs. me. Where were you 10 years ago versus where you are today? Where was I 10 years ago versus where I am today?
It’s okay to wake up one day and decide on something life-changing.
Almost three years ago, I suddenly decided to learn to play golf and become decent at it. I am so lucky. I ended up finding a bunch of golf girlfriends.
A New Era of Me
I’m choosing this time to renew myself.
- Double espresso. No sugar.
- Limit processed foods. Whole is good.
- Read the ingredients label.
- Stop drinking alcohol after the 1st hole (for nine holes) and the 9th hole (for 18 holes).
- Dress better.
- Work out with intention.
- Set healthy boundaries.
- Be mindful about beauty and makeup.
- Exceed expectations in corporate, but maintain the life balance.
- Take more pictures.
- Make every day a statement.
- Prioritize myself.
- Have signature fragrances.
Be. Unapologetically. Me.
