The Louis Vuitton at The Americana hosted their private holiday event yesterday. This allowed guests and their preferred Client Advisors to enjoy an intimate shopping experience right before the holidays. The Le Voyage des Lumières (the journey of lights) holiday packaging is back, featuring a rich midnight-blue and gold palette, with the iconic trunk and the Louis Vuitton floral design. I love this year’s design a lot more than the prior year’s theme.

The Louis Vuitton Holiday Experience
The Louis Vuitton boutique is usually busy during the holidays. The Louis Vuitton boutique at The Americana has always been great to me, even before its opening when they were still operating across the street inside Bloomingdale’s. I love how spacious this new boutique is, with a broader selection of goods and services.
The holiday event was by invitation/appointment-only, and each boutique offered its own special offerings, including live music, catering, specialists, and more. The boutque was also serving Moet throughout the event.
I got to learn about their latest diamond collection, which the GIA officially recognizes the cut as the “LV Monogram Star Diamond Cut”. This cut pays a homage to the iconic Louis Vuitton monogram pattern, featuring a 53-faceted four pointed star, taking over a hundred hours to cut each piece to perfection. If you’re looking for a unique cut outside of cusion, round, oval, heart, or even princess cut, this is it. This is givin the if you know, you know type of vibe.

The Holiday Goods
To celebrate the holidays, the boutique was giving out holiday keepsake boxes, light-up ornament lantern, and tea in tins. I am absolutely in love with the tea, which gives off a strong cinnamon scent. I also love how the ornament lights up to highlight the four-sided star/flower monogram. This is a great addition to your holiday set-up at home.

The Art of Gifting
I walked out with a couple of Christmas gifts for myself, which I’m super stoked about. The best part about The Americana is that valet parking is less than a minute away from the store.
PS. Louis Vuitton’s advent calendar features cut-out ornaments in their iconic trunk display box in this year’s holiday design. Super cute touch for your Christmas tree – worth skipping out on any other decorations.
