I purchased the Louis Vuitton Twist PM almost two years ago when I went to Italy. It was so much cheaper in Italy, and I got a VAT refund! After everything, I saved almost $2,000 (basically a free trip). Yes, the film protection is still on the hardware and I intend on keeping it until it fully peels off. I’ve used this bag as my prime “special occasion” bag, but warmed up to bringing it out more often.

Attention to Detail

The biggest selling point for me was the attention to detail on the Louis Vuitton Twist PM. The handle feels heavy in a very durable manner, the leather wrapping through the chain feels luxurious. The handle itself has the Louis Vuitton monogram engraving, as well as the hardware.

I picked out this bag in the Epi Leather Quartz White trim because it feels durable, luxurious, and looks gorgeous. I’ve learned how to handle lighter bags over the years. The LV twist is bold (loud) and shows the world that this is a Louis Vuitton Bag.

I was initially hesitant about picking out this bag because I already have the Louis Vuitton Twist Chain Pouch… Which is basically Louis Vuitton’s version of the wallet on chain. Since this bag is in a completely opposite trim (white with gold hardware versus black with silver hardware), I was sold. Also, what a cool story to tell that I got this bag when I was in Italy??!

Louis Vuitton Twist PM Features

The Louis Vuitton Twist PM measures 7.5″ x 5.9″ x 3.5″, which is spacious enough for the necessities. It also comes with an inside flat pocket with a removable mirror (imagine a Louis Vuitton mirror) and a zipped pocket. A removable and adjustable strap is included, too, so you can rock this as a top-handle bag, shoulder bag, or crossbody bag. Take your pick!

What Fits

Honestly, a lot can fit in the Louis Vuitton Twist PM. The interior is a leather lining, so you can clean it a bit in case of an accident. Within the bag, I can easily fit the LV Lisa Wallet, LV Key Wallet, Chanel 31 Le Rouge Lipstick, a protein bar, a phone, and trinkets.

The Lookbook

I absolutely adore the Louis Vuitton Twist PM. Because of my size, I prefer rocking it through the top handle. The bag feels too bulky to be a cross-body or shoulder bag. This is perfect for dinner, dates, going out, brunch, lunch, cocktails, mimosas, and more!
